All sales come with a 14-day warranty. If the item you received is defective, please contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the 14-day warranty period.
Compatibility is not guaranteed, there is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: compatibility, improper installation, etc. The item can not be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. Special-order products are NOT returnable. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Customers must return items at his/her own cost and YOL Store will pay the shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (less shipping and handling) will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
All sales are considered final after the 14-day warranty period. Exception applies to item that state otherwise.
Return Procedure
*Please fill out the Return Request Form. You will be emailed a return number in 3-4 business days.
*When you get your RA# please remember to write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Otherwise, we cannot accept your package.
*Wrap the package securely.
*No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Credit/Refund Policy
*Credit/Refund for returns will normally take 2-4 weeks AFTER we receive the part back at the warehouse.
*When we receive the merchandise back we forward it to the manufacturer for approval.
*The manufacturer will then approve your return.
*Once the return has been approved we will credit the credit card you used to buy the merchandise.
*Please be aware that your bank may take 3 to 7 business days until they post the credit to your account.
*If you have not received credit in 3-4 weeks after you return the parts please email aftersales@yolstore.com
